Once all your required documents are verified by us, you will receive an email indicating that your account is approved. Once you receive that email, you can start listing your products and start selling.
It is not necessary to mention the price of non-catalog products. If you have not mentioned the price (i.e. POR) then the buyer will not be able to send you an on-line order; However, buyers will be able to raise a query. Any product enquiry related goes to all dealers of that product, not just to you.
In case of cataloged product, you should mention dealer rate. If you have mentioned price then the buyer can directly purchase your product.
As a seller, you will set the price of your products. All branded products have their catalog price preloaded in system. As a dealer you can set the dealer rate or the selling price/list price. This price will make your product competitive compared to other’s listing.
The list price of the product will be exclusive of all taxes, shipping and Insurance.
Once an order is successfully delivered, we will deduct the seller commission fees from the total amount and transfer the remaining amount to your registered bank. The seller commission will be pre-decided with the seller.
All legitimate transactions are within 7 business days of dispatching an order. The amount is directly transferred into your registered bank account.
Once all the registration formalities are done, you can Log In. With this you will get full access to the seller panel. In the seller panel you can add products, add images, add detail. You can also get access to your orders, monthly sales, etc.

Chemical Shoppe will handle the delivery of the order through tie-ups with logistics companies. Once you get an order, all you need to do is pack the product and keep it ready for dispatch. Our logistics partner will collect the product from your registered location and deliver it to the customer.

Chemical Shoppe applies its own insurance coverage for all its on-line orders and their pertaining logistics. However, it is seller’s responsibility to pack the departing material in a responsible way. Also, other expectations are to send a reasonably fresh material and indicate Batch number and Year of Production on all their listings. If material is rejected by customer on any of the grounds listed above, shipment charges will be collected by the SELLER.
